Herkja is a member of the Thirsk Mead Hall found on Solstheim. She can be found enthralled at the Temple of Miraak alongside Sirkjorg, another member of Thirsk Mead Hall.

Retaking Thirsk

She appears after clearing the Thirsk Mead Hall of rieklings. She wears a full set of banded iron armor and a Nordic mace. She cannot be interacted with.

The Chief of Thirsk Hall

Alternatively, she is one of the seven Nords that need to be killed during the side quest.
