Hestra was an Imperial Empress during the First Era. In 1E 1033, she "demanded the head of the most infamous of brigadiers, 'Red' Bramman." [1]
Hestra is mentioned again in the book, Where Were You When the Dragon Broke?, where she suggests that during the Dragon Break, Cyrodiil "became an Empire across the stars." [2]
The final mention of Hestra comes from the book, Lost Legends, wherein it is related how, in her notes, she describes a "rebel leader of that era who was eventually cornered and slain in battle, at the cost of a full legion of men." [3]
