Horavatha is a character from the book Vernaccus and Bourlor, written by Tavi Dromio.

Horavatha was a Daedra Seducer that consistently taunted Vernaccus. Her constant undermining of Vernaccus only increased his anger, which she delighted in doing, causing him to murder and rampage throughout the Colovian West. Horavatha would eventually attempt to provoke Vernaccus into fighting Bourlor. However, instead of fighting and being shot, Vernaccus fled the confrontation and would become famous, if only temporarily.

Horavatha grew jealous of Vernaccus new found fame, until the day came when one of his shrines came under attack. Horavatha goaded him into intervening, which would ultimately lead to his fall from fame.
