Ice Storm is a Destruction spell available in The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall. It is a ranged spell that damages the area it is cast at with ice damage, dealing medium-high damage to enemies. Boasting a 100% chance to succeed when cast.
Tips[]
- With a 100% chance to cast right off the bat, and a medium-high strength, it can be argued to be the best ice spell in Daggerfall, and a great spell in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
- In Skyrim, this spell adopts the Ice affect, and slows all enemies hit with it. This can allow for multiple hits to be delivered to an enemy with no-low retaliation.
