Ilvel Romayn is a Dunmer worshipping the Daedric Prince Peryite. He is frozen in a trance that relates to the Daedric Princes quest, but can be unfrozen in completion the quest "Peryite." He is unable to be killed without finishing the Peryite quest.
Ilvel wears Monk Robes, is armed with an Iron Dagger, and carries a few Septims.

After a misguided attempt to summon Peryite, the souls of his worshippers became trapped between worlds. Peryite asks that the Hero travel to the plane of Oblivion and retrieve their souls.
