Dark Elves have been disappearing along the road to Narsis, near the western mountains. An incursion of Orcs may be responsible. I offered a Dark Elf scout their assistance. The Dark Elf scout Vartis asked me to acquire a copy of the orders the Orcs are following. I need to find out who they are, what they want, and who sent them to Deshaan.
