Investigate Bamz-Amschend is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls III: Tribunal. After Mournhold was attacked, the Nerevarine is sent to investigate the origin of the creations that attacked the city.
- Converse with Tienius Delitian or Fedris Hler (depending on who the Nerevarine spoke to at the end of the previous quest).
- Enter the hole under the Memorial Statue in Plaza Brindisi Dorom.
- Watch the battle within the ruins of Bamz-Amschend.
- Return to the quest giver.
Depending on whom the Nerevarine spoke to at the end of the previous quest, they were instructed to find either Tienius Delitian or Fedris Hler, the Nerevarine will be told that a hole has opened up under the Memorial Statue in Plaza Brindisi Dorom during the attack that occurred during the previous quest. They will therefore be told to investigate the hole that has revealed the entrance to a Dwemer Ruin, underneath Mournhold.
Battle of the MachinesEdit
Inside the hole under the statue, the Nerevarine, they will have to descend a ladder, then walk down a tunnel to discover the ruins of Bamz-Amschend. At the end of the tunnel, the Nerevarine will emerge through a hole high above a large hall, where a number of Fabricants are battling with a hoard of Dwemer Animunculi. The Nerevarine does not have to get involved in the battle, instead they only need to witness it. After the battle has concluded, the Nerevarine must report back to either Hler or Delitian to complete the quest.

A passageway to an underground Dwemer ruin has opened in the Plaza, and I am to explore the area and report to Drin as soon as I have information on the creatures' origin. The entrance is in the ruins of the Memorial Statue.
|12||Delitian knows I have reported the attack to Hler, and he would also like me to investigate the source of the attacks. He suggests that I should report the findings to him, as it is a concern for the Empire.|
|15||Tienius Delitian has told me to investigate the source of the attacks on the city. |50||I have witnessed Dwemer constructs and these mysterious new Fabricant creatures battling in the ruins of Bamz-Amschend. The Dwemer creatures seemed to be defending the ruins against the intruding constructs. Their origin is still a mystery to me, but it is clear that they are not of Dwemer make. I should report my findings immediately.|
|100||I have reported to Tienius Delitian about the fight I witnessed in the ruins of Bamz-Amschend. He tells me the King would like to speak with me.

- The aftermath of the battle is a good source for Dwarven Shock Darts, which can be looted from remains and found across the hall floor.
