For other uses, see Invisibility.

Invisibility is an Illusion spell. Casting it renders the caster invisible for a duration of time equal to the strength of the spell. It has the governing attribute of Personality. Those born under the birthsign of The Shadow gain a 60-second Invisibility power that can be used once per day.

Ending invisibility[]

Invisibility ends once the duration has run out or if the target attempts an action such as attacking, talking, or activating a container. In contrast, the Chameleon spell remains active while attacking or using items and doors; however the caster is more detectable with Chameleon than Invisibility.

Exploits[]

Re-casting invisibility before the duration ends keeps the target invisible. Re-casting invisibility before the opening animation of a door completes, the caster remains invisible while on the other side.

Exceptions[]

Guards can interact with an invisible character who has an active bounty, although sneaking helps avoid this.

Hostile casters with items or spells with the effect Detect Life can detect the invisible.
