J'Kier is a Khajiit Hunter who is found dying in the latter part of the quest Ill Met by Moonlight.
Background
He is one of the hunters of Hircine sent to kill Sinding. He can be found inside Bloated Man's Grotto next to the dead Batum gra-Bar. He is mortally wounded, and soon dies after being spoken to. He cannot be saved, even with the use of Healing Hands.
