Jeff Baker is a voice actor who has voiced characters in every game since Redguard. He plays the voice of Saint Jiub in Morrowind and The Elder Scrolls V: Dawnguard, Dagoth Ur in Morrowind, Haskill in The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles, and Adril Arano in The Elder Scrolls V: Dragonborn.
He is also credited for doing the majority of Dunmer and Imperial voices in Redguard, Morrowind, and the DLCs Tribunal and Bloodmoon, among other parts in these games.[1]
