The Jeweled Goblet is one of many possible target items for Vex's Thieves Guild quests The Burglary Job and The Sweep Job, and serves as one of the Thieves Guild Trophies.

After doing several jobs for Vex and Delvin, The Goblet will appear in The Ragged Flagon Cistern next to the items you can sell to Delvin. However these are not lootable.
