Jsashe, also known as "The Witch-Queen of Whiterun" is a self-proclaimed priestess of Lorkhan.
She was head of the local witches' coven until she was blamed for a series of problems that plagued Whiterun. Curiously, she was exalted and now controls a region of Whiterun Hold, though her magic has not brought it prosperity as of yet.[1]
