Kewan is a Redguard worshipper of the Daedric Prince Peryite. He is frozen in a trance that relates to the Daedric quest, but can be unfrozen in completion the quest Peryite. He is unable to be killed without finishing the Peryite quest.
Kewan wears Monk Robes, is armed with an Iron Dagger, and carries a few Septims. He knows the standard Nightblade spells and additional major Alteration and minor Destruction spells.

After a misguided attempt to summon Peryite, the souls of his worshippers became trapped between worlds. Peryite asks that the Hero travel to the plane of Oblivion and retrieve their souls.
