Kuralit is a Khajiit beggar found in Marbruk. If asked about his story, he has a lengthy and rather unlikely tale to tell.
Background
Kuralit was once the conscripted captain of the Bountiful Mara, a ship in the Imperial Legion Navy.
One day, in the midst of the Knahaten Flu, Kuralit's crew came across the Crimson Ship, which was rumored to be carrying Kothringi afflicted with the plague, while he was sleeping in the deck below. The day after, Kuralit finally woke up, only to realize that his whole crew had disappeared.
He managed to bring his ship back to port, but was then accused for their mysterious demise. He was put in stocks and his career as a sailor was terminated.
