WalkthroughEdit

Located at Bard's Leap Summit, in the south west area of Skyrim. After reaching the cliff top, follow the stone bridge to find a wooden diving board overlooking the waterfall. Jump off it to land safely in the pool below. Upon leaving the pool, the Dragonborn will be met by the ghost of a bard, Azzadal, who will tell his tale of an unsuccessful dive. Speaking with him will increase the Speech skill one level.

Note that if fast-traveling to the location, a number of Forsworn will be waiting near the pool. If they are not cleared out, they may attack while the Dragonborn is talking with Azzadal, causing him to disappear and making the Speech increase unavailable.
