Characteristics
Leather strips are made by cutting leather at a tanning rack into strips, with one piece of leather producing four leather strips. Leather strips are always a required component when smithing weapons and armor, but not jewelry.
Locations
- Leather strips can be found in some dungeons.
- Can be found on shelves and counters in homes and shops.
- Merchants and blacksmiths usually sell about 10-20 at a time.
- Some leather strips can be found under Haelga's bed in the bunkhouse in Riften.
