I have discovered the Ember-Eye's plans for an assault on Koeglin Lighthouse. I should bring these to Koeglin Village.

Walkthrough
The Vestige finds some important documents lying on a table in the Ember-Eye Campsite just south of Koeglin Village. It turns out to be plans to take over the Koeglin Lighthouse and extinguish the light. They should find a deputy in the village and hand the plans over.
Follow the marker to the docks where Deputy Luric can be found. After handing the plans over to him, he shows gratitude for the Vestige for finding them, but he is doubtful at this moment if he can spare any men to deal with it.
