Lord Drad is a Dunmer who owns an estate north of Anvil, where he lives with his wife, Lady Drad. He uses ogres as slaves in the silver mine to the east of his manor. He claims the mines will make his fortune. These ogres faction in the Malacath's Shrine quest. After completing the quest and freeing the ogres, he and his wife can be seen constantly working the fields watched over by the liberated slaves. Or if you killed them they can be seen working in the field.
