Mahei is an Argonian who lives on the south side of Leyawiin with his "nagging fishwife" Numeen. Mahei is an apprentice trainer of athletics, and teaches in his house from 7:00 a.m. to past 9:00 p.m.

When he is not in his house he can be found wandering about the streets and various stores in Leyawiin throughout the day.
