Malofar is a Nord mage found in Breagha-Fin. He settled there after him and his tribe were exiled from Skyrim for mysterious reasons. Shortly afterwards, he stole The Emerald Chalice, an artefact that was in the possession of the Mages Guild.
Once they arrived in Breagha-Fin, he quickly became tired with his tribe and proceeded to turn them all into goblins.
