Margarte's House is the home of Margarte in Leyawiin. It is located across from the Chapel of Zenithar. This rather large house with two floors have several rooms which two of them are bedrooms. In the bedroom on the first floor is a Nirnroot. There are three leveled chests in the house.
Margarte is a mid-level trainer in Mercantile. Her husband Eitar works as a smith at The Dividing Line and provides repair services and low-level Armorer trainer.
