This skill determines how well a character uses ranges weapons such as the shortbow, longbow, crossbow, throwing star and the throwing knife.
bugs
Occasionally if you fire an arrow it will cause some lag, this lag will delay the shot by anywhere from 3-10 seconds, it will shoot afterwards.
