Master Conjurer are masters of the art of Conjuration.
Background[]
Master Conjurers are enemies encountered in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. On higher levels (possibly after level 40) they can be found mostly in dungeons and forts. They usually wear different versions of Black Robes. Ranking below Arch Conjurer, they can be revived by powerful conjuration spells.
Upon encountering an enemy, they will use an alteration spell to improve their own armor first, then cast Ice Storm if the target is relatively close or otherwise—at low magicka remaining—Ice Spike repeatedly at the enemy, while reviving the dead around. Generally, they try to keep their distance from their foes and avoid getting cornered. Using Dead Thrall, they can be manipulated as very powerful allies. They can also use Command Daedra to subdue the Dragonborn's summoned Daedra to their will.
They seem to be equipping only a better one-handed weapon than their default dagger. They apparently do not prefer any other armor type than boots and black robes. They also do not equip necklaces and rings.
Their level seems to be 40 if the console command getlevel is used.
