Mead with Juniper Berry is an item found in Helgen. Ralof mentions it in the prologue. The Mead with Juniper Berry can be found in the inn that the Dragonborn jumps to from the tower, but it can only be picked up after the quest, "Unbound". The mead was brewed by Vilod, and because of his death there are only a few bottles left, which respawn every time you revisit.

• During the start of the game, when the carriage enters Helgen, Ralof will comment: "I wonder if Vilod is still making that mead with juniper berries mixed in."
• Mead with Juniper Berry appears to have the same bottle as Regular Nord Mead.
• The 5 bottles found in Helgen respawn after 10 days.
