Memorial Cave is a large cave southeast of the Imperial City. Fort Magia is to the northeast.
Overview
This cave is a Vampire den and it is here that Seridur is found during the later stages of the quest "Order of the Virtuous Blood".
There are a few chests with random loot in the small rooms, usually guarded by enemies.

Order of the Virtuous Blood
Seridur tells the Hero about his group of vampire hunters called the Order of the Virtuous Blood. Their stated goal is to rid Cyrodiil of vampires. Their first target is Roland Jenseric, whom Seridur claims to have witnessed killing of his own girlfriend, Relfina. He explains that Roland has escaped to an unknown location, but that the Hero could search his house to find out more.
