"These creatures have the body of a man and the head of a bull, and are cruel man-eaters. They are not particularly intelligent, but can track a man by scent alone. they are very strong and slightly resistant to magic."
―Official Arena Player's Guide.[OOG 1]

Minotaurs are creatures encountered in The Elder Scrolls: Arena.

DescriptionEdit

Minotaurs are creatures with an human body and the head of a bull. In Arena, these creatures appear with a strong yellow body with a short brown garment.

As man-eaters, Minotaurs are normally found in dungeons and will assault any human who enters their lair. They use a cleaver to attack their victims, possibly a reference to their nature of feeding on humans.

Minotaurs have a strong and tall appearance, however they are weaker than Spiders and Ghouls. During the first encounter Minotaurs may be a challenging opponente, judging that Eternal Champion has a low level, however, after reaching medium levels, Minotaurs will be no match for Eternal Champion anymore. Besides their natural force, Minotaurs have some resistance to Magic.

Minotaurs are first seen on the dungeon of Stonekeep, roaming the inner rooms. They are between Spiders and Skeletons in terms of strength.
