- Main article: Moon Sugar
Moon Sugar is an alchemy ingredient in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind that possesses mostly negative connotations.
Background
Merely having possession of any will cause most vendors to refuse to do business; dropping it is necessary if wanting access to services. Notable exceptions to this are any vendors who are Khajiit.
Moon Sugar is also used to make the drug Skooma, which is also illegal. There are no respawning sources of Moon Sugar, though several vendors do sell limited supplies. Most commonly, Moon Sugar is smuggled in through caves, and is often used as currency among bandits and thieves.
