Msirae Faythung was Mehrunes Dagon's champion. He failed Mehrunes Dagon somehow, and Mehrunes carved his heart out and froze him like a statue for eternity, or at least until someone comes for Mehrune's Razor. His life is depleting when you awaken him if you force open the door, but the beating heart is found on his corpse. He has a level-dependent Daedric or Dremora War Axe and wears Dremora armor. Upon defeat, he completely disappears.

Eating his heart will cause the players infamy to raise four points and infect them with Porphyric Hemophilia and Cannibal's Prion.
