Speak to Vicente again. He has no more quests to offer. Speak to Ocheeva instead for completion of this quest.
The Dark GiftEdit
Vicente offers you the gift of vampirism if you have talked to him previously about the "Vampirism" topic. This shows up as a quest called Darkness Eternal. If you wish to be a vampire, simply speak to him about a "Dark Gift" and he'll help you achieve that.
