Naspis Apinia is an Imperial trader, and resides in the Moonmoth Legion Fort. He is a member of the Imperial Cult. He is also a merchant, and has a variety of goods for sale.
Bugs
As with many other merchants, some of his inventory items replicate immediately after purchasing such items. One item, his 50-units stock of Steel Throwing Stars, will replicate as long as the Nerevarine does not sell the same type back to the merchant. If sold back, the Steel Throwing Stars will disappear from Naspis Apinia's inventory. This is unusual in that all his other replicating items (similar to other NPCs) will continue to be reproduced in Nadpis Spinia's inventory, regardless of whether the Nerevarine is buying or selling.
