Neetrenaza is an Argonian that can be found just outside the walls of Windhelm, on the docks. He is normally seen working at the workbench and grindstone during the day. He lives in the Argonian Assemblage. He seems to have a dislike for the Nords because they don't "appreciate" members of his race.
