New-Shoes Bragor is a Bosmer thief, and a member of the Thieves Guild. As his name suggests, he wears a pair of exquisite shoes, far nicer than the rest of his (common) clothing. He is currently imprisoned in Fort Pelagiad facing a number of charges. The prisoner log states that he is being held for theft, attempted robbery, conspiracy, consorting with thieves, and resisting arrest.

There are many ways to free a thief, including blackmail, bribery, or more subtle methods. Bragor wants to escape the prison by any means necessary. The Nerevarine may be asked by the Thieves Guild to handle his release. If freed, he will give Nerevarine his pair of exquisite shoes as a sign of gratitude.
