As soon as the player enters the cell, a dead Breton is found laying on the ground and is lootable. Upon going up the incline ahead of the Breton, two skeevers will attack the player character.
At the top of the incline is a room holding Dwemer items such as plates and chairs as well as two skeevers, and on the left is an entrance to a cave.
Inside the cave passageway is a lever, and when activated by the player, it opens another room that contains a shelf with various potions, as well as a table with a bag of gold coins.
Continuing further down the passageway leads to a barrel with a Scribbled Note on top of it.
