The Orcish Dagger is a one-handed weapon found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
Locations
Unenchanted Orcish daggers will begin to appear throughout Skyrim at level 6, and enchanted daggers can be found at level 7. These locations include:
- Blacksmiths and general goods merchants.
- Often wielded by Bandit mages, standard mages, and Forsworn mages and archers.
- Found as random loot throughout Skyrim.
Fixed locations
- Marcurio in Riften has one if the Dragonborn is level 10 or below when entering The Bee and Barb for the first time.
- An Orcish Dagger is stabbed into a headless skeleton holding the Wooden Mask in the Bromjunaar Sanctuary in Labyrinthian. Note that there are four Frost Trolls that inhabit the area.
Smithing
Creating an Orcish dagger requires a Smithing level of 50, and the Orcish Smithing perk. It can be forged at a blacksmith's forge with the following components:
- 1 x Leather Strip
- 1 x Orichalcum Ingot
- 1 x Iron Ingot
It can be upgraded with an orichalcum ingot at a grindstone, and also benefits from the Orcish Smithing perk, which doubles the improvement.
