BackgroundEdit

Otar the Mad was a high ranking priest also known as one of the dragon priests. His name was thought to be the name of his mask he received. At the time Otar was a fair and wise ruler until his mind was corrupted and he turned to be a tyrant. Two Nordic heroes, Saerek and Torsen challenged Otar for his tyranny to escape his rule. However, the two were unable to defeat Otar so they sealed him in a sarcophagus with two skull keys that they pledged to keep no matter the cost so Otar will never escape.
