Acquisition
This mask can be acquired by defeating the dragon priest Otar the Mad in Ragnvald Temple.
Enchantment
Resistance against fire, frost, and shock is improved by 30%:
- Resist Fire: 30 points
- Resist Frost: 30 points
- Resist Shock: 30 points
Smithing
It can be upgraded with an refined malachite ingot at a workbench, and also benefits from the Daedric Smithing perk, which doubles the improvement.
Bugs
- PC 360 PS3 When equipping a mask and the Archmage's Robes together; both the mask and your entire head may disappear, showing only an empty hood.
