The Paatru were a breed of Argonian that lived in the innermost areas of Black Marsh[1] and did not have much contact with outside races or the Imperial government that operated on the fringes of Black Marsh.[1] They were described as looking toad-like.[1] The Paatru were also xenophobic and were known to kill foreigners who they encountered.[1]
