Palonirya is an Altmer clothing merchant who has a shop in the Imperial City Market District. She is the proprietor of Divine Elegance, an upper class clothing store. She is considered a brilliant fashion designer (her clothing designs are even worn by counts and countesses). She is a tough negotiator and the Master Trainer in Mercantile.
To receive her training services, the Hero must have 10,000 
on hand. Once she has raised the Hero's mercantile skill to 75, the option to invest in shops will appear.
