Penitus Oculatus Boots are a piece of light armor and part of the Penitus Oculatus Armor set found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. They are basically the Imperial Light Boots with a darker look.
Locations
- The boots are worn by Penitus Oculatus Agents, or found in areas they occupy, such as the Penitus Oculatus Outpost.
Smithing
Penitus Oculatus Boots can be upgraded at a workbench with Leather, however they do not benefit from any Smithing perks. This means the armor cannot be improved past flawless quality without boosting the Smithing skill over 100. This can be achieved by using enchanted items and/or blacksmithing potions to fortify Smithing.
