The Pocket Guide to the Empire, Third Edition is a book written by the Imperial Geographic Society in 3E 432.[1] It is a small physical book that originally came with The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Its titles were written by Michael Kirkbride, who was originally supposed to write the entire guide himself but bowed out due to time issues. Ted Peterson wrote the contents of the guide in his stead.[UL 1]
