BackgroundEdit

Gunmar sends the Dragonborn to kill a Master Vampire at a radiant location. The vampire must be killed before it turns its allies into vampires. As a quest reward, a leveled enchanted apparel item is given.

TriviaEdit

• This radiant quest is identical to the vampire side quest Protecting the Bloodline.
• When the quest takes place in a radiant location belonging to the Silver Hand, the vampire will immediately be attacked. If the vampire dies in the ensuing battle, the quest will be flagged as completed.
