Proximity Mine Poison is a Destruction spell in The Elder Scrolls III: Tribunal which is cast upon triggering the "Strange Devices" (Dwarven Proximity Mines) that are encountered throughout the Old Mournhold: Forgotten Sewer.

• Poison – 50–200 points instantly in a 10-foot radius on touch.

Acquisition

Although it is not intended to be cast during combat, Proximity Mine Poison can be added to one's repertoire of spells on the PC by using the console command:
Player -> AddSpell "prox_mine_poison"

Trivia

• There are total 11 mines throughout the Old Mournhold: Forgotten Sewer.
• Including this one, all proximity mines have random spell:
