Rabinna is a Khajiit slave being held in the caverns beneath Fatleg's Drop Off in Hla Oad. Her master, Relam Arinith of the Camonna Tong, has recently decided to give her to Vorar Helas in Balmora to repay a debt.

The Nerevarine was asked by Relam to deliver Rabinna to a new owner in Balmora. While on route, the Nerevarine spoke to her and discovered that she is merely a drug mule in the transaction, having been forced to swallow bags of Moon Sugar. She told the Nerevarine that she suspects Vorar will simply kill her upon arrival to get the drugs from her stomach. It is unclear whether the transaction was completed as initially planned, or if she was escorted to Im-Kilaya in Ebonheart to be freed instead.
