Ragged Trousers are quite common among the poorer citizens of Skyrim, but are rarer than Roughspun Tunics. When worn they appear as just a pair of paints if on a male character. While worn by a female however, they appear identical to a roughspun tunic.

- May be found in Movarth's Lair.
- Can be found on slain werewolves and werebears.DR
- Worn by various prisoners in the Cidhna Mine, such as Borkul the Beast.
- Often worn by the Corsairs on the Dainty Sload.
- There is one on a table in Alftand, amid other belongings of the excavators.
