Rallus Odiil is an Imperial and the oldest son of Valus Odiil.
During the Oblivion Crisis, he and his brother Antus were chased off their farm by a tribe of Goblins. The Hero later helps Rallus by recapturing the farm with the help of the two brothers.
He wears a Coarse Linen Shirt, Huntsman Leather Pants and a pair of Stitched Leather Shoes. He is armed with an Iron Longsword and carries the key to Odiil Farm and a small amount of gold.
