Rat Problems is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls Online. Milk Eyes sends the Vestige to kill rats he hears in his basement. As it turns out, the rats are not rats at all, but Skooma brewers.

Walkthrough[]
Upon completing Small Town Problems, if the Vestige opted to help Milk Eyes, he will tell them to take care of the rats in his well. The well is just outside, left of the door. Inside the well, you will find Tazia; speak with her and she will tell you that she fell down the well while patching it up. She will tell you that she found a den of skooma dealers here, and will ask you to take care of it.
Head into the den an smash up the skooma laboratory tables. There should be four of them in total. One will be to the right of the entrance, and two more will be across the bridge. The final table is left of the entrance. Once all the tables have been smashed up, find a lamp in the south of the cave and light the place on fire. You will black out and find yourself outside the well. Talk to Tazia here and she will tell you she will go tell the clan mother what happened. Head back to Milk Eyes now to finish the quest, and start the next one. If you have not yet completed Ezzag's Bandits or Haunting of Kalari, you can choose which of the two to do next. If you have completed one but not the other, you will be sent towards the uncompleted one. If you have completed both, the next quest will be Loose Ends.
