The Red Hooded Robes are a unique variant of the standard hooded robes, such as hooded monk robes or hooded black robes. They are worn by Galathil, the face sculptor in the Ragged Flagon. A hoodless version can be purchased from Radiant Raiment or received as a gift from adopted children in Hearthfire.
Acquisition
They can only be obtained via console commands.
