It's located in the northern section of The Pale, south of Dawnstar and along the main road that runs between the east and west mountains.

Here a Giant has made camp with his Mammoth. Upon first visiting this location, the Dragonborn will witness a party of bandits leading a rather poorly thought out attack on the camp.
