Potions with a Regenerate Health effect can be brewed at an alchemy lab. When consumed, they temporarily increase the rate at which health regenerates. The strength of the effect is determined by the Alchemy skill of the potion's creator.

Certain apparel can be enchanted with Fortify Health Regen at an Arcane Enchanter. Apparel enchanted with this effect increases the rate at which health regenerates while equipped.
