How full a character's Fatigue bar is governs the ability to run, jump, fight, or perform any other strenuous activity. Restore Fatigue is an effect in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind that raises the target's fatigue level toward the maximum level. The magnitude and duration are determined by the means used to accomplish the restoration.
